Shipping
We ship most of our (in stock) orders with in 3-5 business days. But we do more custom designs than keeping item in stock, we ship via U.S.P.S. PRIORITY MAIL up to 25lb, items 24" or larger or items over 30 pounds,are shipped UPS or FedEx and DHL. all goes ground. Most all our boxes are recycled boxes, to cut down on our customers cost. On all orders we will send you a e-mail with a picture of your item(s), this way you can let me know if anything needs to be added or changed, or that it is ready to be shipped.We will email you if it is going to take longer than usual to be shipped,longer than 1 to 2 weeks in business days to send out your puchase(s). Except for Holidays rush, can take up to 2 weeks. But usually way before then.

We take great pride in our creations and our packing is done very carefully with Styrofoam "POPCORN" or our own special packaging. All are Individually boxed and shipped, unless I feel it is appropriate for them to be shipped together. If you need special shipping Arrangements,(like sent to your Family in another town,) or need a small card, just let me know at time of ordering. I always send a E-mail to all my customer with Pictures of their purchases before I ship, if at that time, there is something you don't like or would like changed, feel free to say so...If for any reason,I do not get a answer from you in a week, I will go ahead and ship out the order...
Sorry returned items are shipped at your expense and transferring fee and 20% Handling on all money returned transactions...
So if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days guaranteed from the date of purchase. Just return the item as shipped in it's original packaging, and as it was packaged. May God Be with you Doroth
