I will e-mail you with the shipping and handling cost (it varies from the size of the box and destanations) just add 9.75% in California tax. When you email me please be sure to add your phone number and I will return your call. If you would like e-mail me with a time I can catch you home then we can chat about your order. I always send a E-mail to all my customer with Pictures of their purchases before I ship, if at that time, there is something you don't like or would like changed, feel free to say so...If for any reason, I do not get a answer from you in a week, I will go ahead and ship out the order...
Sorry returned items are shipped at your expense and transferring fee and 20% Handling on all money returned transactions...
So if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days guaranteed from the date of purchase. Just return the item as shipped in it's original packaging, and as it was packaged. May God Be with you Dorothy

Shipping
We ship most of our (in stock) orders with in 3-5 business days. But we do more custom designs than keeping item in stock, we ship via U.S.P.S. PRIORITY MAIL for all small items, like Jewelry. And for larger boxes 7lb and up to 25lb, all others larger, are shipped or FedEx, all goes ground. Most all our boxes are recycled boxes, to cut down on our customers cost. On all orders we will send you a e-mail with a picture of your item(s), this way you can let me know, if anything needs to be added or changed, or that it is ready to be shipped, we only ship 1 on Friday unless I need to go to town,then I will send it out sooner.. for it is 30 miles or more to take it to the FedEx. All small items are sent USPS, so they go as soon as you ok the order.. We will email you if it is going to take longer than usual to be shipped, if I have to order special supplies, it will be longer than 1 to 2 weeks in business days to send out your puchase(s), I always send a picture for you to view, so you can let me know it was ready to ship. I usually try to keep the box only 24 hours, after that I send you the picture but if it is close to shipping date I do send it out. If for some reason It needs to go ASAP, please inform us at time of ordering. Except for Holidays our rush time, it can take up to 2 weeks, so please let us know if it is a rush..But please be fare others my be ahead of you, if they are, I will send you a e-mail...But usually way before then.

We take great pride in our creations and our packing is done very carefully with or our own special packaging. All are Individually boxed and shipped, unless I feel it is appropriate for them to be shipped together. If you need special shipping Arrangements, (like sent to your Family in another town, not to your address) or need a small card, just let me know at time of ordering.
